Pistachos del Tajuña
Located along the banks of the Tajuña River, the estates “Madre Vieja,” “La Herrera,” and “La Dehesilla” make up a natural area of more than 2,000 hectares, where oaks, cork oaks, gall oaks, rockroses, and rosemary blend together. The main activities of our operation are big and small game hunting, as well as traditional cereal farming and intensive cultivation of pistachios and almonds.
We have more than 10,000 m² of infrastructure for the development of our activities, making it one of the most advanced and innovative operations in Spain today.
In 2024, we opened the first pistachio processing plant in Guadalajara, equipping it with the best technology on the market to make it one of the most modern pistachio processing industries in all of Spain. This plant is equipped with the necessary machinery for Phase 1 of processing (peeling and drying) and Phase 2 (calibration and splitting) and is fully digitized, turning it into Industry 4.0. A completely automated and highly technological plant. Only through technology and innovation can the sector become profitable and sustainable in the long run.
